Provide Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) support to the People & Places Solutions within the U.S. Serves as a business partner working with Regional HSE Directors and Senior HSE Managers and operations counterparts in leading HSE excellence and supporting strategic direction, management, people development and HSE program development and implementation specifically to the Federal Railroad Administration’s Safety (49 CFR 214), Training (49 CFR 243), and Random Drug and Alcohol Testing (49 CFR 219) Programs.
