We have an exciting opportunity for an FE/HE Manager to lead the growth, quality, and development of our 16+ Education Offer.

This pivotal role will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, overseeing our Post‑16 Education and Sport programmes while also contributing directly through tutoring, mentoring, and supporting tutors and coaching staff.

Salary

£30,000 starting, up to £30,000+ depending on experience and qualification. Full‑time, permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to develop and expand our 16+ education provision
