A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am an elderly lady living in the Llanishen area of Cardiff. I have a recent diagnosis of Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, and I am hard of hearing. I am reluctant to receive care, so trust needs to be built up.

PURPOSE OF JOB

To maintain personal hygiene.

To always keep me safe.

To support me to access the community.

PLACE OF WORK

In my home and out in the community.

HOURS OF WORK

5 hours and 15 minutes each week.

3 x 45 minutes on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 12 noon.

3-hour companionship call may be split into two visits, to be discussed further at interview.

RATE OF PAY

£15.70 per hour.
