Full‑time or part‑time support worker role in The Laurels award‑winning care home. We care for up to 25 residents, many of whom have dementia, and aim to give them a warm, homelike environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents, helping them to lead fulfilling lives.
• Administer medication safely and manage medication records.
• Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, dressing and toileting.
• Engage residents in activities and social events, arranging enjoyable experiences.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and support overall well‑being.
• Work flexible rota including weekends and bank holidays.
