Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Fencer to join our social housing maintenance team covering properties across Chatham and the wider Kent area. The successful candidate will carry out fencing repairs, replacements, and installations for occupied and void social housing properties while delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and replace all types of domestic fencing including:
Timber panel fencing
Closeboard fencing
Chain-link fencing
Gates and posts
Remove damaged or unsafe fencing materials safely.
Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works on social housing properties.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Communicate professionally with tenants, site supervisors, and housing officers.
