FEP Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional to support our Federal Employee Program (FEP) operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a collaborative environment. While healthcare or insurance experience is preferred, it is not required. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and contribute to key business and operational processes supporting our FEP line of business.
Key Responsibilities

+ Support business and operational activities within the Federal Employee Program (FEP).

+ Learn and assist with processing recoveries for overpayments.

+ Support claims processing activities and related operational workflows.

+ Generate written responses to member and provider correspondence using established templates and free-form communication as needed.
