The Main Missions Of The Role Are

• Provide FES expertise and coaching (HSE, Quality, EE, PC&L and Production system) based on 11 lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business.
• Assist the Operations Director in developing the budget and strategic Plan (SP) for the region (based on benchmarking and gap analysis) plus validating the Plant Improvement Plans (PIP).
• Define FES&P priorities to achieve plant targets (plant output targets and FES&P input activities).
• Confirm the relevance of the PIP in the achievement of the budget and SP target (including new Programs, new technologies/Digital transformation/footprint).
• Perform shop floor diagnosis and define recommendations.
• Ensure that FES Principles are applied/respected in Programs from design stage (Standard Process...
