Key Responsibilities - Preparing and submission of correspondence with the Masters office
- Following up on outstanding matters until resolved
- Processing of original documents and placing them within, and removing them from the PCT safes ensuring all systems and lists are updated
- Assist in writing cover letters
- Attending to the Trust inbox
- Capturing data as required within the CRM system and CDD process
- Scanning all documents received by PCT and filing them within the sharepoint
- Filing all original documents within necessary hard file
Requirements - Matric
- 1-3 years working experience in a Fiduciary environment
- Microsoft Suite, Xplan
- Accuracy
- Detail and quality oriented
- Dutifulness
- Cooperation and ability to provide feedback
- Integrity and empathy
