Key Responsibilities Preparing and submission of correspondence with the Masters office Following up on outstanding matters until resolved Processing of original documents and placing them within, and removing them from the PCT safes ensuring all systems and lists are updated Assist in writing cover letters Attending to the Trust inbox Capturing data as required within the CRM system and CDD process Scanning all documents received by PCT and filing them within the sharepoint Filing all original documents within necessary hard file Requirements Matric 1-3 years working experience in a Fiduciary environment Microsoft Suite, Xplan Accuracy Detail and quality oriented Dutifulness Cooperation and ability to provide feedback Integrity and empathy Thank you for your interest.
