Compensation and Benefits There is a lucrative outcomes‑based commission structure. You can expect to earn income between R 10 000 and R 20 000 per month, based on your performance. You could earn far more than R 20 000 per month. We offer a Group Life benefit to our Field Agents, which pays out 2× the annual commission earnings, limited to R 86 000.
