• Provide effective frontline technical support for customers regarding BMK's services;

• Coordinate service processes and provide effective technical guidance to customers;
• Provide technical support to the marketing and sales departments;
• Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical activities, participate in various publicity campaigns such as seminars, conferences, trade shows, and other on-site activities in the relevant territories;
