pstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pp- Work closely with the sales departments to collaborate with sales and visit customers; /pp- Provide effective frontline technical support for customers regarding BMK’s services; /pp- Answer questions related to workflow, specific operations, result analysis, etc., to support sales order and utilization/revenue growth; /pp- Coordinate service processes and provide effective technical guidance to customers; /pp- Provide technical support to the marketing and sales departments; /pp- Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical activities, participate in various publicity campaigns such as seminars, conferences, trade shows, and other on-site activities in the relevant territories; /pp- Monitor the competition and market development and report findings back to internal teams; /pp- Perform other tasks as needed to achieve company goals.
