What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

As a Field Care Supervisor, your core focus will be to guarantee the delivery of the highest quality care support services. While your role will entail vital office-based administrative work, you will spend the majority of your working time out in the field. Your supervisory duties will include:

• Assessments, Reviews & QA: Carrying out robust initial risk and needs assessments (in homes or hospital/residential settings). Conducting regular care reviews with clients and families, ensuring care plans remain accurate and person-centred.
