Responsibilities - Assist Field Engineers in onsite fault attendance and maintenance activities.
- Support installation, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment and network services.
- Perform basic health checks and verification during site visits.
- Update job status, maintenance records, and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with TAC, controllers, and customers for appointment arrangements.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during field operations.
- Support documentation and escalation processes when required.
