Position Overview
We are looking for the applicant who
To provide technical support; answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
- To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
- To log all calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation.
- Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.
- Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving of Workstation related problems
- Maintaining Asset Register of all IT equipment in IS Workshop and Department
- Implement, managing and maintaining Workstations
- Implementing & Support of MS O365 products
- Installation and Support of Network & Local Printers
- Required to work long hours from time to time
- Videoconference experience support can be a good plus
