About the role: This role focuses on assisting your team members in deploying, implementing, and maintaining transmission network equipment.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to): - Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain transmissionnetwork equipment and fibre broadband systems
- Install and configure network devices and relatedservices
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance toensure optimal network performance
- Diagnose and resolve network faults in a timelymanner
- Support project implementation and dailyoperational activities
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internalteams
- Provide both onsite and remote technical support
- Assist stakeholders with ad hoc technical requests
- Participate in scheduled night work and 24/7standby rotation when required
