Field Engineer


Your main responsibilities

The Field Engineer creates added value through the provision of technical assistance to New Installations, Modernizations, Repairs and Service operations. This position acts provides consulting on technical issues where very qualified technical opinion or troubleshooting is needed.

Key responsibilities include:
• Provide technical support by phone to assigned branch when they have difficulties to solve complex technical issues.
• Provide support on site when the escalated issues cannot be solved remotely.
• Provide support on site to help in the commissioning and start-up of complex projects or equipment.
• Support the field in the installation, commissioning and start-up of pre-series and/or series from new products in introduction phase.
