FieldCore’s Field Engineering Program (FEP) provides in-person and online training, lean thinking, and leadership skills. As part of the program, you will develop technical expertise, learn from experienced Technical Field Advisors, and receive on-the-job training.

You will gain hands‑on experience and grow your career while traveling the world to provide power to communities. Upon successful graduation from the FEP, you will be eligible for a Technical Field Advisor position working on steam turbines.
