Responsibilities:
β Train bus conductors on using ticketing machines and apps.
β Assist with ticket roll replacement and troubleshooting.
β Paste QR code stickers inside buses accurately.
β Hand over inventory (delivered to your location) to bus owners and conductors.
β Address on-field issues and ensure smooth system adoption
Skills:
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
β’ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
β’ Prior experience in customer support or onboarding is a plus.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma (Not mandatory)
