Hensall Co-op is seeking a dedicated and self‑motivated individual to join our Farm Services team! This position is responsible for driving growth in crop input sales and procuring food‑grade origination acres, including edible dry beans and soybeans, within the Aylmer region. This position will work out of our Aylmer location and will report to the Agronomy Sales Coach.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Grow seed, fertilizer, and crop protection sales through prospecting, account management, and territory planning
• Procurement of food grade acres including soybeans and edible dry beans and other commercial grains
• Acquire new customers and expand business with existing grower accounts
