This role oversees all construction and modernization projects for the Northern California branch, ensuring consistent field execution and adherence to company policies, communication standards, and customer‑interaction expectations. The position serves as the primary escalation point for project delays, labor challenges, vendor or subcontractor conflicts, and customer concerns, maintaining smooth operations across multiple active projects. It requires managing and reallocating resources to sustain district performance, supervising field mechanics, crews, and foremen, and driving standardized field processes that improve efficiency and align with company procedures.
