Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end mystery shopping and field research activities across locations and channels

• Recruit, onboard, brief, and support mystery shoppers

• Schedule visits and ensure timely completion according to research guidelines

• Act as the main point of contact for shoppers and resolve operational issues

• Review and validate reports, photos, and recordings for accuracy and completeness
