Role and Responsibilities ●Demand Generations for products among farmers ●Product Liquidation. ●Sales and collection ●Customer relationship and monitoring product performance in farmers’ fields Qualifications Required ●Graduate/Diploma in Agriculture or allied subjects ●Postgraduate in agriculture or allied subject or MBA/PGDM in Agribusiness management will be preferred. Preferred Skills ●Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior. ●Ability to generate revenue by identifying challenges and suggesting suitable products or services. ●Great networking skills. ●Excellent written and verbal communication (Hindi and English Language) ●Good understanding of market research techniques ●Creativity and commercial awareness ●Passionate to work for agriculture and farmers.
