Calibrate T&ME, including troubleshooting, problem isolation and providing technical feedback to customers
Maintain various calibration software platforms
Maintain calibration station upkeep
Perform safety tests on equipment
Deal directly with customer requests and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
Establish and maintain close communication with customers to capture and meet expectations
Compile OOT report for customer notification or problem resolution
