Working in the field service team, you will be providing professional and efficient service of Air compressors & ancillary Equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing routine and emergency maintenance on a wide range of compressed air equipment.Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and ensuring a first-time fix for all but the unfixable equipment issues.Servicing customer equipment to the highest possible standard.Supporting field sales and technical support with knowledge of customer installations, equipment history, and any faults or issues as they arise.Using digital diagnostic tools to identify and rectify electrical and software-based faults.Delivering accurate reporting of activities performed to the service admin and planning team, to ensure customers receive the most accurate and useful information.As part of a on call rota , responding in a timely manner to ...
