Job Summary

Field Service Operations Department is looking for a Field Service Engineer to be located in Dubai, UAE. This role involves servicing equipment, troubleshooting, and supporting business development while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Undertake servicing of equipment (on‑site & service center) as per Alfa Laval standards and procedures.
• Follow a safety‑first behavioral attitude (Stop‑Think‑Act).
• Responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, audits, developing solutions, fault finding, repairs and maintenance of high‑speed separators, decanters and plate heat exchangers.
• Act as a service advisor, helping to accelerate service business growth.
• Troubleshoot Electrical / PLC controls and train the customer crew on Alfa Laval equipment.
• Execute audits and maintenance activities related to Service Agreements.
