About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to own the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of robotic systems operating in live deployment environments. This role serves as a critical bridge between field operations and internal engineering teams, driving the identification, resolution, and prevention of issues impacting robot performance.
