What you will do

• Install and configure vehicle and people access solutions as a Field Service Technician.
• Connect, commission and maintain SKIDATA equipment, IT hardware/software, network devices, EV charging, and other access control devices.
• Ensure that access solutions operate as specified while providing reliable maintenance, repairs and class‑leading customer service.
• Escalate technical issues to the Technical Services Team and work collaboratively to achieve resolution.
• Complete customer hardware and software training remotely via Cornerstone software. <...
