Position Overview

            About the job Field Service Engineer (Home Appliances)  Responsibilities  Field Service  Attend service repairs as directed and according to daily tour plan 
Provides Installation and maintenance of home appliances 
Troubleshoot and maintain at customers site 
Work closely with Technical Trainers to identify, share and discuss for service improvements and completion of jobs 
Maintain and Manage customer relations. Acting as Point of contact for customers on technical and service-related issues 
Payment collections and related until closure for service jobs done. 
On-site sales of services, appliances for replacements and/or maintenance products 
Perform parts pre-prepping activity as required 
 Stocks Management  Maintaining and responsible for vans stock issued for daily requirements 
Participation in stock take (Half-Yearly)
