**Field Service Engineer IGT Systems**
You deliver hands-on and remote technical support, resolve issues with precision, and drive outstanding customer service while continuously building your expertise.
**Your role:**
+ Delivers technical support (both onsite and remote) and maintenance services to customers, performingtroubleshooting, repair, upgrades, and installation of products and services with growing independence, whileconsistently adhering to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
+ Documents service activities and ndings in detail, including diagnostics, resolution steps, test procedures, andcase status, ensuring accuracy and completeness to maintain transparency, traceability, and knowledge sharing.
+ Works under limited supervision and established processes, applying independent judgment to navigateoperational policies, ensuring compliance and delivery of consistent, high-quality service.
