Position Overview
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide site service to installed based customers.Provide Lifecycle Service to Local customers.Perform MRO & Warranty Service to customers. Implement Upgrade/Migration Ovation system.Provide 24-hour standby service to Korea contract customers.Support installed based service infrastructure building in Korea.Disseminate safety notices and important KBA to local service organization. Provide repair quotation support to local Reps/Sub. Work with customer to achieve 100% registration for Ovation system. Manage product recall/replacement. Reports progress and technical problems to Service Manager. Co-work closely with project teams. Pro-actively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.
