**Key responsibilities**

+ Provide high level service activities including on-site service, depot service and remote support to our customers.
+ Perform product installation/set-up and train our instruments and software.
+ Manage installation process of instruments and software.
+ Perform assembly of instruments/system and testing before delivering them to customers.
+ Report on activities in the field on a regular basis to service manager, GM and sales team as requested.
+ Report on technical trends by relating customer and competitor feedback to appropriate people within the company and provide assistance in generating marketing materials when required.
