Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Job Description
The Field Service Engineer supports advanced manufacturing systems, software, and services for metalworking customers by providing on-site technical expertise, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role is based in the greater Philadelphia, PA area and requires extensive travel to customer facilities to ensure their equipment operates at peak productivity and reliability.
Responsibilities

+ Serve as the primary customer support contact at client sites, diagnosing issues and executing repairs and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment and control systems.

+ Maintain a high level of customer service by building strong internal and external relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to foster a collaborative, teamwork-driven environment.
