Job Description You will be maintaining and troubleshooting the hardware & infrastructure for a mission-critical Command and Control (C2) system that the client have installed for a government agency. You will be part of a team of dedicated engineers that will demonstrate superior technical competency in providing system maintenance and support during the maintenance phase, ensuring system reliability and availability, performance and security.
Responsibilities - Warranty Administration . To maintain proper warranty records of the installed hardware. To assist in the administration of warranty claims. To inspect the components repaired by sub-contractor, and to integrate and test the repaired hardware, ensuring proper configuration control.
