Field-based Service Engineer responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of hydraulic attachments used on excavators, cranes and material-handling equipmentWorking on products including grapples, tiltrotators, quick couplers, shears, buckets and hydraulic toolsCovering North England Key Responsibilities
Install and commission hydraulic attachments on customer machines (on-site)Carry out service, fault-finding and repairs on hydraulic and mechanical systemsDiagnose hydraulics and mechanical faultsProvide technical support and advice to customers and operatorsComplete service reports, documentation and job records accuratelyLiaise with internal teams (technical, parts, service coordination)Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service
