Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on rotating equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, and diesel engines to ensure operational reliability
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and conduct root cause investigations to improve equipment performance
  • Lead and supervise the Maintenance Team during night shifts and weekends to execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks effectively
  • Train and mentor Maintenance Team members to enhance their technical skills and ability to perform complex maintenance activities
  • Coordinate spare parts management with the Maintenance Team to support timely preventive maintenance
  • Manage and liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of maintenance services
  • Enforce compliance with safety standards across all maintenance activities to maintain a safe working environment
