As a Hub Coordinator, your day sits at the intersection of global governance and regional execution. You start by reviewing the status of globally defined initiatives ( GRM, FS360, productivity, tools, engineering) and ensure their implementation within your hub is progressing as planned. You align with regional stakeholders to resolve execution challenges, translate new global requirements into concrete next steps, and prepare input for upcoming Hub Network or governance meetings.
