Plan and schedule the service team across projects, installations, commissioning and equipment servicing
Get hands-on with installations and commissioning where needed, and oversee maintenance planning and execution, including corrective, preventative and statutory work
Coordinate real-time diagnostics, troubleshooting and remote interventions on field equipment and boiler systems
Contribute to service department sales targets, including client presentations on technical and cost-saving benefits, and promoting SLA options
Act as primary client liaison, presenting monthly performance reports and proactively managing stakeholder relationships
Develop the current BMS system into a revenue-generating platform, building reporting formats and training internal teams, with a sales objective of R15 million per annum
