Field Service Engineer – Spain (Northeastern Region)

Join TOMRA as a Field Service Engineer and support customers in the northeastern region of Spain. You will travel extensively within Spain and occasionally to Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, optimization and repair of sensor‑based sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases.
• Ensure maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support.
• Optimize the sorting systems/process by sampling and testing.
• Identify opportunities to add value to customers' businesses through introduction of complementary TOMRA products, solutions and services.
• Act as a link between customers and Headquarters – collecting and providing market feedback to drive new opportunities.
