Role Purpose (Liquid-Solid Separation & Flotation Specialist)
To perform advanced inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of thickeners, flotation cells, disc filters, belt filters, and Pneumapresses to ensure optimal plant performance, reliability, and compliance with design and safety standards.
Your Responsibilities
Inspection & Condition Assessment
Conduct detailed mechanical inspections of thickeners, including rake mechanisms, drive units, torque systems, gearboxes, underflow systems, and structural components.Perform flotation cell inspections including rotors, stators, bearings, drive assemblies, air systems, and tank integrity.Inspect disc filters, belt filters, and Pneumapresses for wear components, cloth condition, hydraulic systems, drive systems, sealing arrangements, and slurry distribution systems.Develop and update inspection templates and deviation lists for solid-liquid se...
