The Role

Based out of a satellite branch, you’ll operate in a hybrid role combining field service, diagnostics, and light branch support. This is not your typical workshop job — you’ll be the go-to technical expert in the region, working directly with customers and taking full ownership of outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Field service, fault finding, and diagnostics
• Hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Servicing and maintaining specialised drilling and civil equipment
• New machine assembly and commissioning
• Supporting parts enquiries and customer technical support
• Working closely with the national team and sales function
