We require a Field Service Technician with audio visual experience and solid experience with the programming of Crestron and Extron control systems.

Duties & Responsibilities Remote and telephonic support to clients Site visits Conduct preventative maintenance Fault finding Configure video conferencing and audio visual equipment Installations Programming of Crestron and Extron control systems Assist on-site Technician as needed Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Audio Visual system experience Crestron and Extron programming DSP programming Polycom and Avaya experience Own car and valid license More than 2 years audio visual experience Comprehensive knowledge of wiring, cable termination Able to work over time, be on standby and travel when required Package & Remuneration
