• Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etc.
• Preventive Maintenance / Calibration for all level equipment
• Installation of equipment
• Attend to break‑fix and customer technical issue
• Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction
• Interact with customers’ technical teams
• Develop customer's staff by providing technical training
• Self‑Improvement initiatives: Commitment to complete assessment and training plan within timeline

What You Need to Succeed

Mandatory

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical) / Science (Chemistry/Physics) or related field
• At least 2-3 years working experience in a Service environment
