Key Responsibilities

+ Provide desktop support for end users both remotely and in person

+ Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software in Windows-based environments

+ Support Microsoft technologies including Windows 11, Office 365, Outlook, and Active Directory

+ Perform imaging, deployment, and system setup for end-user devices
