Role: Field Solution Engineer

Location: Vantaa, Finland (~25% international travel)

About the role

Marioff is looking for a Field Solution Engineer for Marioff global land business solution support team. The role is to support both Marioff subsidiaries and international distributors with HI-FOG system install, commissioning and service support both onsite and remotely. The position will also participate in developing the global pool of service engineers, processes, and tools.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting remotely to global pool of field engineers
• Provide inspection, service support and commissioning in-person at customer sites
• Guide Marioff field engineers on‑site and remote
• Develop solution support processes and documentation
