Responsibilities
- Follow‑up and support of Desktop / Laptop and Mobile Devices
- Stock and asset management
- Provide 2nd line IT support for all internal departments
- Guide, assist and follow up on client questions, problems or troubleshooting (hardware and software)
- Install and configure PCs and peripherals on request
- Maintain and improve customer service and availability
- Develop and maintain documentation for all ICT support related subjects and produce reports as required
