RiverTech is seeking a hands-on Integrated Communications Field Support Representative (FSR) to provide depot‑level lifecycle support, on‑site/on‑ship technical assistance, training, and casualty response for the U.S. Coast Guard’s WMSL (National Security Cutter) and WPC (Fast Response Cutter) fleets. You will serve as a subject‑matter expert (SME) supporting COMPL (C5ISC Communications Product Line) across short‑ and long‑range shipboard communications, ensuring mission readiness through troubleshooting, repairs, assessments, and configuration management.

Primary work location will be Charleston, SC, with travel required to cutter homeports and training locations worldwide. You will work across the full integrated communications suite, including Symphony/ACRMS, IVCS/CIVCS, RFDS, DVL, Iridium, and shipboard EXCOMMs systems.
