About You and The Role

   As a Field Support Technician, you’ll support our customer sites, also called Zipping Points. Zipping Points are strategic partner pick up locations where goods are loaded into Zipline aircraft and are delivered to customers in minutes. You will ensure that every Zipping Point operates smoothly, safely, and represents Zipline’s world-class reliability and quality. What You'll Do   Maintain site readiness — uphold cleanliness, organization, and appearance of each Zipping Point in line with Zipline standards. Perform basic maintenance tasks and inspections on Zipping Point systems and equipment to ensure consistent operational performance.
