We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand HD Fitter to join a high-performing maintenance team on a 2/1 roster at a gold mining operation in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, approximately 65km south-east of Newman.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who brings strong technical capability, proven mining experience, and the ability to lead, support, and develop a crew in a fast-paced production environment. You will take ownership of day-to-day maintenance activities while ensuring equipment availability, reliability, and safety standards are consistently met across site operations.
The operation features a range of heavy mobile equipment, including Komatsu 1500 Dump Trucks, D10 Dozers, 16M Graders, Hitachi EX3600 Excavators, and Liebherr 9200 & 9300 Excavators.
