Description
Our team is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented File Clerk to support daily administrative operations. This role is responsible for organizing, maintaining, retrieving and updating physical and digital records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
β’ Organize, file, and retrieve company records in both physical and digital formats.
β’ Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure documents are properly labeled and indexed.
β’ Assist with scanning, data entry, and document distribution as needed.
β’ Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
β’ Support general administrative functions when needed.
Requirements
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required.
β’ 1+ year of office or clerical experience.
